Today , my teacher , Mr Muz asked us to run around the field for four round. It is so tiring that I nearly vomit out at the field.But Mr Muz said it is to train our stamina.

Today my school have the Cross Country.We have to run a very long distance.There is also medal for the top 10.After the race ,my friends and I went to drink MILO. We also played catching at the grass.After the Cross Country , we went back to school . After that we were all dismiss.
